I gave you 3 stars for Originality simply because this picture doesn't really stand out among other pictures of this type. In other words, I've seen others a lot like it. I would suggest finding something to make it stand out a little more- try to create a picture that won't easily be forgotten by your viewers. There are several ways to do that, some ideas might be exploring more unique angles/POV or maybe adding other external elements to the picture (glitter, an object, etc.). Just play around with this element next time. :]
I gave you 4 stars for Technique because overall you have great technique. The picture is composed nicely without any grain or blur or anything distracting like that. You could make the flower petals a bit sharper though; there is a tiny amount of disfocus and it would enhance the picture by having a more focused center of the flower.
Lastly, I gave you 4.5 stars for Impact, because overall your picture is beautiful and simplistic. It impacts me, for lack of better words. You did a nice job with the bokeh in the background (A+ on that!) and a lovely job with how you've placed the flower within the frame of the picture. Great job here; definitely keep up the great work!
